Every Man is a Pig and Every Woman is an adaptation of the 19th century novel by Nobel Prize winner Wladyslaw Reymont about life in a village . As she continues to see the man’s son on the side, she develops father and son issues.

Detailed artwork adds contrast, light, color and emotion to the actors’ performances
Sometimes it was hard for the actors who had to play in front of the green screen, but they persevered. The director’s husband-wife team was present at the world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
DK dedicated the film to her father, who supported her, and to “all women who make tough choices and stand up for who they are” The filmmakers explored using artificial intelligence, but felt it lacked the human touch, sensitivity and element of wonder
The composer, who did an incredible job adapting Polish folk music to fit the film’s format, joked to the filmmakers: "I spent more time with you than my wife, sorry if she doesn’t talk’ to you." The film took four years.
