Follow Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Buddingham as they have a long-running rivalry that comes to an end. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner previously filmed at Chavenage House (The Priory in Rivals). The same filming location was also used to depict Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC TV adaptation of Poldark.. Absolutely incredible – the wit, the innuendo, the humour, the characters, the 80s-era grit, the cast, the locations. – it’s perfection in a TV show. This kind of TV has been lacking for at least the last decade – it has it all. Sentimentalism and joy, tears of laughter and sadness, nostalgia on steroids and a cast that plays their roles to perfection. I don’t have a single bad word to say about this show. Hats off to the writers, actors, crew and everyone else involved. I’m watching it for the second time because there are too many one-liners that are worth remembering and that are possible to catch the first time. Bravo!
